Abstract

This article analyzes the effective methods of rehabilitation in cases of injuries and fatigue after sports and physical activity from a scientific, theoretical and practical point of view. During the study, the main rehabilitation methods that ensure the rapid recovery of athletes were studied - physiotherapy, massage, cryotherapy, hydrotherapy, and individual recovery programs. The article also highlights the possibilities of optimizing the rehabilitation process based on the achievements of modern sports medicine and technological approaches. It is substantiated that the correct organization of the stages of recovery after injury is an important factor in improving the functional state of athletes, reducing the risk of re-injury, and maintaining sports results. The results of the study show that the effective organization of the rehabilitation process is of decisive importance for the rapid and complete recovery of athletes and the continuation of their professional activities
